Rhonda Schladand L.M.T., is a Certified Life Coach and has been a somatic healer since 1994. Trained in Hakomi Psychotherapy and Matrix Group-work, she is a Hellinger Family Constellation facilitator and trainer. Rhonda has co-developed The Games We Play workshop, which educates people about the Drama Triangle and Creative Group-Work which teaches about the power within a group to heal. As a co-founder of the Center for Visionary Studies, she has been able to develop and educate how to support change and challenge each other, to live lives of integrity and authenticity. Rhonda currently serves as The President of The Young Family Foundation, as well as the life long Family Steward. 

Laura Warren delights in the opportunity to serve on the Board of the Young Family Foundation.  Her service is shaped by the knowledge gleaned from her career in Executive Compensation with Yum! Brands and her licensure as a Certified Financial Planner.  Laura’s skills as a project manager and spiritual seeker come alive as she partners with Joyce to manage the land and property of Valaterra in a manner that honors Valarie’s holistic approach to healing.  Laura’s greatest delight came when the Board established the Grace Program so that anyone wishing to experience the magic that is Valaterracan do so.  She invites you to visit Valaterra so you too can experience that special feeling that comes as you step onto the land for the first time. Laura currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Young Family Foundation as the Treasurer. 

Joyce Crum serves as the Secretary of The Board of Directors of The Young Family Foundation. As an avid gardener, Joyce lends her passion and oversight to the over 100 acres of majestic land including rolling fields, trails and wildflower meadows.  Joyce has had an abundant career in the physical, mental and spiritual healing arts.  By day, the former Physical Therapist, facilitates Family Constellation Workshops and can be found on the local pickle ball court.  We were delighted when Joyce’s friendship with Valerie spun into a long term connection and support of Valaterra.
